Hair fell off lace as soon as knots were bleached.

Hair shredded as soon as I tried to bleach the knots. I am extremely upset and I feel like y'all took my money and I got nothing in return. I bleach knots all the time.I have never experienced this. All the hair literally dropped of the lace. I need a refund.
