Nice size and shape although there were areas that were puttied (not a big issue as these were painted) there was some slight warping (or mixing and matching of pieces so they weren't really a snug fit). I did sand them before painting and also leveled out the bottom as it was a little uneven so they did not all stand up straight. All in all they were good and as I expect to put a little work into a craft item I didn't mind the variances.

Very sturdy! I thought they might be flimsy, but they are very strong wood and don't bend or crack...even when played with by a 7 year old! They also open and close nicely.

These were well made, thick enough and easy to paint on. However, a couple of the outside ones arrived with some mold. The box probably got wet during shipping. I was able to clean them.
