This was much larger than I expected and was not usable. It would cost almost as much to return it as it did to purchase it. Will not buy from this vendor again

This baking spatula is great! It's perfect for smoothing icing on a large surface or working with large cakes. I could easily slice and serve my quarter sheet cake with it. It is sturdy and feels solid when I hold it. It's certainly helpful to have a baking spatula rather than trying to use a flat knife for icing and decorating. The angled handle is indispensable. In the product description it says you could use it on cupcakes... In my opinion, you might want a smaller tool for cupcakes or small cakes. This is most certainly a large item, and using it for small things like cupcakes isn't so easy. I received this at a promotional price for my evaluation, and I can honestly say this is a great product. Just be sure you know what size you are purchasing and what you plan to use it for.
