Great product! I can break the caplet in half and swallow each half at at time. I cannot stand trying to swallow big pills and I like that this is in caplet form.The price is nice and all the ingredients are safe. After being put through the wringer with products like stacker 2 or 3 which gave me the serious jitters and racing heartbeat, I don't have anything to worry about with this product!My doctor has told me I have lost a few pounds since last month. I take one or two of these per day and try to get at least a half-hour of cardio in six days a week.Can't go wrong with this one, it's safer and fairly effective! Costs less than some of the products advertised on TV.

Great, my trainer recommended these when I started to work out. I am the one person who can't take anything so for me to be able to take this is great. No rapid heart rate or nervousness and definitely curbs for appetite. Love it
