Mislabeled Grapefruit Drink
This is a tasty grapefruit drink concentrate, but don't be fooled by the name. It's not a tea-based drink. It doesn't have a speck of tea in it. It does have grapefruit pulp and zest along with lots of sweeteners and additional ingredients. Based on taste alone, it is quite nice if you like grapefruit. It is easy to use. Just add a tablespoon to a cup of hot water. Or in my case, I put a tablespoon in my mug and then add hot water from my K-cup machine and give the whole thing a stir. However, in addition to not being a tea, this is mislabeled for sugar content. It states it has 6 grams total sugar and 7.6 grams added sugar. Umm, how is that even physically possible? If the labeling is that incorrect, it makes me question the validity of this product.Nice taste, bad labeling, and be sure to refrigerate after opening.

Great quality and taste
This is delicious tea. It's liquid concentrate, so it can be used hot or cold and tastes great both ways. It can be made with less water for stronger tea, or more water for a more diluted tea. I prefer it stronger, and it's delicious. Overall, I love it! Great quality and taste here!

Not my cup of tea...
I do not like the taste of this tea. I like grapefruit and I love unsweetened tea. I like cinnamon tea, lemon tea, etc. I know this is low in calories but it is tasted too sweet for me and it had an after taste. This drink comes in a pouch. It is a thick gel consistency. Put it in the bottom of a cup and pour in hot water. I was looking forward to trying this tea. Wish I liked it

Yuck
Ok, so this has ZERO tea in it. It's really a watered down grapefruit juice that's over sweetened. It's got a terrible flavor, too. Just sickly sweet with none of the tartness you expect from grapefruit. Just buy a bottle of 100% grapefruit juice and you'll get a much better product than this

Not “Tea”
This is an interesting Korean product. It is a gel substance – it does have quite a lot of sugar. There is no “tea” in this but it can make a tea-like beverage if you put it in a mug of hot water. This is a versatile product. You can mix it in to water or fizzy water, add some alcohol & you have a pretty good cocktail. Add some to salad dressing, marinade, sauce, etc. It has a grapefruit flavor that goes with many drinks & food. I like how it is packaged – it’s easy to use & takes up less room as you empty it.

Very sweet, a little chewy
I am reviewing a 1.1 pound pouch of Amizle Grapefruit Tea that I received at no cost through the Amazon Vine program. This just seemed different so I wanted to try it. It's not a tea so much as a sweetened grapefruit concentrate that, when heated up, really isn't bad at all. It's soothing on a throat that has a cold, tastes sweet enough to be dessert. However it is more pulpy than I'd come to expect from tea (or in this case, tisane, which has no tea leaves or components). The pouch is squeezable and the tea comes out in concentrated form, so it may be better to pour the 1 tsp into the bottom of a cup and pour hot water over it, rather than microwaving it in cold water. It's also not a bad idea to strain it to get some of the pulp out if texture is a big deal.Three stars for something different

Amizle Grapefruit Tea
The grapefruit flavor is genuine without any bitter taste. This was a concern because this brand adds a decent amount of zest to the liquid tea and the white pith in grapefruit can be quite bitter but here there is no unpleasant tastes—this variety is simply delicious. It can be served hot or cold but I find it particularly comforting hot when I am fighting a cold or the flu.To prepare add a tablespoon of the light gel tea to 8 ounces hot or iced water. The final swallow in the bottom of the cup/glass is a surprisingly satisfying chewy mouthful of grapefruit zest. Each tablespoon has 55 calories, 7.6 grams sugar and 13 grams carbohydrate. Convenient to keep on hand, the pouch requires no refrigeration until open. To estimate shelf stability, the Best By date is 21 months in the future, but dates will vary. Excellent.

On the sweet side. Grapefruit has carrageenan
This tea extract comes as a pre-sweetened liquid which can be added to other things. It's definitely on the sweet side, having 55 cals per tablespoon, and a cup of water really needs at least 2 tablespoons to even taste the grapefruit flavor. At that point, it is similar to soda, which has almost the same caloric value. It does add some flavor to sparkling water, but again, it's a bit of a calorie and sugar bomb. The grapefruit flavor also has carrageenan, which is derived from seaweed. Some folks think it can cause intestinal inflammation and folks with IBS probably should steer away from this product.
