Hazard about product !!!!
I love these burners however the backflow cone holder is dangerous, the well is far from deep enough for the cones and the cones are NOT stable shaped at all and fell off wile lit and burnt the rug this happe ed as it burnt LITERAL .. FIRE hazard !!!It is good for the insense sticks and as an ornament, I never use the backflow cone anymore and also the flow cones leave awful smelling sticky residue and don't smell that good if I'm honest,they smell like burning wood from a damp bonfire .Disappointed with the cone part entirely and even worse as I said a definate fire hazard especially in the homes where children and pets reside ..AVOID using the cone section is advised !!
