I’m not going to lie, I get pretty bad anxiety worrying about this supplement ever being discontinued or not being produced anymore. For about five years I suffered from horrific nighttime episodes where I would get a strange dizzy feeling as I started drifting to sleep, and then I would jerk awake feeling like I was gasping for breath. Many nights I would wake up screaming feeling like I was dying and saying to my husband over and over, “I’m dying! I’m dying!” Needless to say neither of us slept very well for several years. I started to have a suspicion that I had sleep apnea, but with no insurance I never did the test. Finally this year I found an at-home test for $200 (Lofta.com for anyone interested), which did confirm that I have sleep apnea. I ordered a cpap and then finally remembered about these pills, which I had used for a short period about three years prior. Back then I thought my issue was adrenal related and that my adrenal issue must have improved because I started getting better. Turns out it was this supplement all along that had made me better, but then I stopped taking it and forgot about it and my symptoms returned. Silly me, I just kept thinking it was my adrenals, so I stuffed myself with adrenal supplements which only mildly helped.So anyways I finally remembered these after getting my official diagnosis, and I immediately ordered them. I kid you not, I now have ZERO issues. No jerking, no dizziness, no feeling like I’m dying or gasping. They started working pretty much immediately, but I’ve noticed even better results with continued use. I will NEVER EVER be without these even if I have to buy like a 30 year supply lol. I only wish I hadn’t been stupid and had realized the issue earlier because I feel like I lived in a fog for so long and barely had energy due to my lack of sleep/oxygen. I will be forever grateful to God for the formulator of this supplement because I literally feel like I got my life back.

I was told by a Doctor that I had Sleep Apnea when I had Insurance Last Year. With no Insurance my only choice was this supplement it is expensive but so far it is worth it. I am breathing better and have energy during the Day. I was so tired and fog headed before during the Day. I would go to work and come home and just sit or go to bed. I've just started taking these, the past two nights. I have apnea and sorry but AM NOT WEARING that mask to sleep. Nope. Not gonna do it. No. I tried, I gave up all of my dignity for like 3 weeks and I set aside my overflowing font of vanity and I TRIED AND I CAN'T. I woke up every morning and the mask was literally yards away on the floor. Like, I had thrown it off of me while in my sleep and had no recollection come morning. That thing had trajectory on it. I can't.And yet, I can't breathe at night. My nose is perpetually stuffed up. I have tried every nose spray on the market and the only ones that work are the ones that you aren't supposed to use more than 3 nights in a row. Can't breathe. Vain. Won't wear hose attached to face. Probz.So naturally, I came to Amazon in search of a magical cure. I tried the things you shove in your nose? Those help a little but they hurt and feel weird and sometimes make weird noises like your nose is one of those Whistling Pete fireworks. Also once they fall out of your nose, just forget it, they're one in the same with your carpet fibers and they're gone forever.I stumbled upon these capsules. I am desperate. I order them and try them.Now here's the thing - I have no idea whether I breathed any quieter because I am single (haaaaayyyy). But what I CAN say is that both nights, I DREAMED. I had really vivid, long dreams. And I don't recall flip flopping around in my sleep like I normally do. And I woke up feeling almost refreshed, which never ever happens. So I'm giving these a tentative 4 star because it's TBD if they actually help my apnea or just throw me into a comatose state wherein I still sound like a train but at least I'm having lovely dreams, hopefully one tonight about Mark Ruffalo kthx.

I was skeptic, but desperate and I don't know how, but these pills have definitely worked. They've reduced my brain fog and sleepiness by a good 30%-40%, if I had to quantify it. I was in danger of falling asleep on my feet working 12 hour shifts, nodded off driving home and blacked out as soon as my head hit the pillow. While I still battle bouts of exhaustion, my energy is up and my stress is down. As any sleep apnea sufferer knows, even the slightest bit of reduction in the symptoms can be a godsend. My second time buying.

I am very skeptical by nature, especially when it comes to supplements and vitamins. I have been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea but have been waiting for months to get an appt with a local sleep clinic. I decided to take a chance with this product because my sleeping had become progressively more difficult.I tried these capsules for a couple nights and didn't notice any change. So I stopped taking it for a week or so. Then I decided to try it again and did so for about 5 days before I noticed any benefit. I have been taking it ever since and it helps me enough that I have decided to keep using at least until I get a cpap.Did it cure my sleep apnea? Not completely. But it has controlled it enough that I can get to sleep and stay asleep without waking up to a rapid heart beat. I am a very satisfied customer.I don't know if everyone will have the same result as me. But it has clearly been worthwhile and I highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing product! I wish this was available by prescription. I have some of the worst sleep apnea one can have and I fail to use the CPAP I have time and time again. This gives me hope towards living my life like I once was able to. This is the only product I've ever tried in my life out of probably 10+ that does it for me with my sleep apnea. I have used them for about two weeks they seemed to let me sleep and uninterrupted. I recorded one nights 6 hours sleep and could find NO snoring in it. Sleep Apnea Relief Natures Rite 30 Caps
