Drifton Travel Storage Trunk Console Table - Antique Black Finish w/ Dark Bronze Accents

The color is more of a deep burnished gold than the listed antique bronze but we are still happy with how the chest. I suggest using a ratchet to put this piece together rather than using the provided wrench. We put the first leg on using the wrench, after much grumbling, the wrench was tossed aside and the ratchet set brought out .. with its use the other legs went together quite easily and we are quite pleased with how it looks. The only problem we had was when we went to put the latch together. The pieces for the latch were loose within the packing. Although the hook was easy enough to find as it had been placed inside the trunk itself, the pin was another matter. We almost lost the small pin (used to connect the hook to the trunk lid) because it has been placed between two pieces of styrofoam in the main boxes packing. As we went back through the packing material, the pin rolled from the styrofoam across the floor and under a table..It makes a nice accent piece to the room and we have gotten several compliments on the trunk.

Bought two of these. They worked well and were cheaper here then overstock or target.

I was looking for something quirky and different. It is that, but it's a little cheaply made and imperfect. You get what you pay for right?
