Overall is good. The batteries last much longer than described at each charge. The only bad thing is the compartment is not water tight. After each play I have to stick in a paper towel to suck out the water. You need to slide the top cover in an angle to close it. So, if you are a bit careless it can end up floating vertically in your swimming pool. The motor and the batteries are water-resistant. Therefore, even if the hull is wet, the boat still runs. If the boat's upper cover is water-tight, I would give it a five star. Overall, it is a great toy in swimming pool. I use it to train my 4-year old son swimming.

This boat is the perfect size for driving around in a pool. It is fast enough to be enjoyable but slow enough to control without worry of flipping it over easily. I had multiple kids ages 5-9 driving the boat and we didn't even wear out one battery. Amazing battery life. The USB charger that came stock in the box did not work for me no matter how many different USB outlets I put it into. In the end I used my 1c charge board on my Hitech charger for lipos (I charged the batteries at .6amp with 3.7v) and it worked fine. The batteries also took about 56 minutes to charge with my charger. I got well over 20 minutes of drive time between the two batteries. Well worth a buy if you are looking for a small craft for a pool!

The speed is swift but not too fast to be uncontrollable. Actually leaves an impressive wake. Getting the canopy/top open to insert the battery was a bit difficult, but I guess that's to keep the water out.I actually got 2 boats (the other was a Remote Control Boat for Kids Adults RC Boats for Pools and Lakes 2.4Ghz Racing Boats High Speed 20minutes Play Time Rechargeable Electric RC Toys for 6,7,8-16 Year Old Boys Girls Gifts Blue).This one came with an extra battery. The blue one came with 2 extra propellers (no extra battery)These 2 boat controllers didn't interfere with each other, so we were able to race them both around the pool

This is a great little boat for the money. God knows how many times I've banged it up against the side of my pool, and it's still going strong. It's pretty fast, and handles pretty good. I had to fix the trim level on the remote a few times, but handles pretty well out of the box.Batter lasts around 5-10 minutes, depending on how aggressive you are driving. My two boys play with it, and it lasts them about 8 minutes on each charge. Good thing is they give you a second battery, so play time with both batteries is close to 20 minutes before you have to re-charge.Good value for the money, and I am surprised this thing still works after the abuse my two kids have already given it. Pretty scratched up, but still going strong.

This could have been a very good value for money, but it has a huge design flaw. It leaks water into the internal electronics. It uses a foam membrane instead of rubber membrane to seal the hatch that allows access to the battery and motor. And it leaks. Moreover, it has a small gap in the foam membrane where both ends meet. That allows water to freely flow into the inside of the boat. After about 10 mins of use, and only one flip upside down, there was approximate 60cc of water inside the hatch. The battery connections were wet and and already started to corrode the connectors. I checked the locking mechanisms for the hatch many times and ensured it was in place correctly. Nothing I did helped stop the water. Multiple uses later I always found water inside the RC boat.Lastly this model has a known issue with the right rudder. It does not like to turn right. Very lazy, wide right turns.Pros, the controller is great, it’s fast, and very responsive.Summary: I would buy this with extreme caution due to water issues.

The media could not be loaded.  Kids love this remote control that Santa gave them. We did a little you tube research and we leaned this model H108 is one of the best remote control boats for the price. Pretty fast too. Be careful on playing on ponds as the motor can get caught on some debris. I had to go knee deep on the water just to recover the boat. Oh yeah our dog doesnt like it ;).

The boats are great! Quick to turn and react, fast, good for pools. The little motor blades are very small, so wouldn’t want to get any hair or weeds wrapped around them. Buy 2, it’s more fun with a friend!! I opened and dried them out after each use, no problems with water. The battery cover is difficult to open, my son was able to do it better than I. I’d say a full charge lasted about 30 minutes.
