With a star studded cast, this animated mini series is fantastic. Each episode is around 10 minutes long, but they are great. So, quirky, but that's what makes it interesting. My daughter showed me the first episode and I was hooked. I had to buy it and we watch it every Fall season. Make this a great classic for your collection.

Besides the fact that this is 100% an all time classic show. Great writing. Superb atmosphere. Loveable characters. Pure originality.The real important note I had was that, I can confirm that this works fine on a standard PS4, so should work ok on most Region A players.This is for the Australian produced bluray that's pictured in the listing (with the big yellow PG in the bottom left corner).

My partner and I break out this series every October. We watch a ton of anime and contemporary western animation but this is one of the only shows we re-watch that just screams Americana. OTGW doesn't drag on too long and it doesn't hit you over the head with any messages; it has a sense of purpose and an idea of the story it wants to tell (and old timey cartoon aesthetics that it wants to indulge in) and it sticks to it. We also appreciate how it's spooky without being scary and suspenseful without being stressful. The Blu Ray itself is simple which is great - no built in internet crud or ads; it just plays the dang show. And that's a rock fact.

It seems this TV mini series only came out as Region B on blu ray. I can't find Region A anywhere. Maybe it's because this show is still available on Hulu in the USA? If you have a blu ray drive, you can use Leawo to play any region blu ray disc on your PC.The blu ray is still great with a number of special features. There are episode commentaries, behind over the garden wall, original pilot: Tome of the unknown, alternate title cards, deleted animatics, and composer's cut.

My blue-ray was damaged in shipping and they responded quickly and offered a partial refund. I know it's not their fault someone damaged it in shipping. I appreciate the quick response, no hassle. Product (ignoring damage) is great, as described.

You get only 10 episodes that are around 20 minutes each (plus special features) but the art style of the characters and all their surroundings I cant imagine anyone not appreciating and rewatching a hundred times over. Plus its funny... and unexpectedly dark a few times. Not that that's bad. Good voice acting and old timey music that fits the show. Definitely recommended!

This is one of my favorite shows of all time. The art and music are beautiful. It's a little weird, a little spooky, a little funny, and a little sweet. We have an OtGW watch party every year in October, and everyone we've introduced to the series has really loved it!

I was worried this was going to be a Chinese bootleg but was pleasantly surprised to find out it's legit!!! My favorite miniseries and it's got pretty decent bonus features.

My family loved this series. Each episode is super short (and 10 mins) - and so well done. My kids will e singing potatoes and molasses for years to come. Definitely making this an annual watch. It is beautiful, moody, and the perfect amount of “scary” for my kids.

Got this for my teenage daughter, as she raved about it and wanted to add it to her collection. She is also a big fan of Adventure Time and Gravity Falls, which have the same kind of humor. Let's just say, that she wasn't wrong, as I ended up getting equally hooked and wanting more, when it was done.

I bought the DVD because the show went off the Streaming Services and my flatmate and I like to watch it around Halloween every year. Delivery was save and swift.
