I want to give this product a 4 star because it is a solid product and the seller is somewhat responsive. That being said, here is my pros and cons:Pros: bright color, quality plastic, and very fast shipping considering it's super heavy.Cons: I received a defective product at the first time. Missing 2 nut sert and a connector is broken. Missing the basketball, too. One of the nutsert is at the base of the swing so without it, the whole set is a junk. It falls apart eaily when the swing moves(and you have a child of more than 20 lbs).I tried to contact Amazon first but all they can do is offering a replacement. OK, you have to know this is probably more than 60lbs and very very heavy with packing materials. And super long,very difficult to drop off. You definitely need a pick up truck to do so.So I want to contact the seller first. I explained my situation and they did respond me on time. However, amazon filtered my message and probably blocked my contact info and pictures I sent. So after a few rounds, the seller can not get a good idea of what I am talk about but was still trying to help. I am also tired of explaining and contacted Amazon again. This time, they also suggested a replacement and I agreed(had to). But no one shows up for pick up.I tried to contact UPS but they would charge me for a fee(about $15) for scheduling a pickup. So again I called amazon, asked for a pick-up scheduled at their end. And Amazon customer service person told me if no show again, there is no need to return.As a person who buys a lot on Amazon, I do not hate the seller, nor Amazon this time. But, I do wasted a lot of time on this product. But the second set I received was perfect. I can't say I like this experience and I do wish I could contact the seller directly to fix issues not just returning items every time. Waste of time and money for both sides.And yes, FBA(3rd party seller, fulfilled by Amazon) is risky. Not recommended for large purchases, fragile items, brand name products(could be fake) and etc.

Got a very dirty one at the first delivery. Contacted the customer service for a replacement. The replacement took a little while to arrive. So if you have this issue, i think it would be better to do a return and make a new purchase.Overall. The color is cute and fun to play with.

Super easy fast assembly. Took me and my other daughters about 20 minutes to set up. This is a Christmas present for my 18 month old and I’m sure she’s going to love it. She will probably get a good 2 years of use out of this one. Customer Service was also great and helpful with questions. Thanks!

I love this product! Im not very handy and took very little time to assemble it! The slide has some texture to it to reduce smooth and add friction for my 14 month old. The only miss is the music (Its in Chinese and the thing keeps falling out of the mold).

The music that plays in that little music player attached to the swing (heart shape) is in CHINESE

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent swing slide set for my 2 years old grandchild. Nice color and nice design. We have used indoor and outdoor. Easy assembly and disassembly., the seller also uploaded video instruction on YouTube. No edges to scratch. Solid construction. Quality plastic. Very nice product. Definitely recommended

Also Wendol is not a brand that has instruction manuals online. I am very unhappy! I will have to try and call the manufacturer on Monday to see if they can send a set of instructions.

Great product, ours is inside! Only thing is the music pad that comes with it is in Chinese so we cannot understand what is being said but that’s not cause for a bad review. Hours of great fun and a durable product.
