I practice yoga 3 or 4 times a week when I saw this yoga kit, I was really intrigued. I loved that I could have all of my tools in one bag. includes 1 Exercise Ball, 1 Yoga Socks, 1 Yoga Towel, 1 Yoga Bands, 1 Yoga Mat Bands,1 Yoga Strap . I go to a community class at my local library where they don’t have any props available, so I take my yoga kit there. The kit comes with a yoga sock and mat size towel as well as a yoga strap. I am already planning on buying several for holiday gifts. This is a great buy, very reasonably priced and high quality yoga props. can be used in the gym and home for all kinds of yoga and Pilates training

Best yoga kit
I am just getting back into yoga. I’m older and need extra padding for my all of my joints.I did my due diligence and researched the mess out of those options and I chose this set. I LOVE it! and offers wonderful cushioning for my joints.In addition, I gave this yoga sock to my daughter for Ballet. Buy it, you will be happy that you did!

Has held up nicely thus far. I am only beginning practicing yoga, so I'm not an expert.I love every item in this set, They were often used in yoga exercise. I've bought several , my yoga teacher encourage me to get this kit since it comes with everything they need....and all in it's own carrying bag! Thanks
