Great Purchase!
These cards got me through AP Psych!I love these cards. They make it so much easier than making your own flashcards. The best few things about this purchase have been; The price is phenomenalThere are all of the flashcards for many termsThe included ring makes studying and keeping track of the cards a breezeThe case they come in is very protectiveOne thing I would reccomend doing is putting in small dividers for each section/unit to make it easier to group cards.

My brother used these to study for the AP Psych test and paired the flash cards with the Barron's AP Psych prep book. He got a 5/5 for the AP Psych test and told me these worked great. I saw him studying these around the house and I picked them up to help him study and when I read the cards I found out that they were pretty packed with good information. If you like using flash cards to study then the Barron's AP flash cards are a good buy!

College Psych Major
Just changed my major to psychology and I had read a review that said these were a must for college psych major so I bought them. They are GREAT! They're broken down into categories: cognitive, social, biological, etc. and the words in each category really do hit the main points. I was hoping it would help me study for the GRE but it's even helping me with my finals.

Your search for test prep material is over. This is all you need.
They have a lot of useful information, not just the definitions. The explanations are clear, and I noticed my raw score improve each time I took a practice test. The first time I took a test, I took it without any preparation. Scored in the high sixties/low seventies. I wrote down a list of the concepts I needed to work on, and used these cards to master those topics. I did the same thing on the next two tests and ended up scoring in the low 90s on my third test (out of about 100). This set of cards was the only supplemental aid I used aside from those 3 practice tests. For the free response section, I just reviewed a few questions and sample responses from previous years the night before to know how much detail to include in my answers. Very simple explanations are needed, but teachers often recommend more just to be safe.Would have given this product a 5 but-1/2 star for no visual aids such as brain structures, neurons, standard deviation graphs, variance plots, etc.-1/2 star for sometimes containing the word in the explanation, which makes it frustrating to quiz oneself. To sum up, these cards and a few practice tests are all you need to succeed on the exam. I had started reading the Barron's book but there was just too much unnecessary information. I began studying about a week before the test, and probably would have scored a 3 without preparation. I ended up getting a 5.

A Great Help
These are great cards to help study for the AP Exam. I spent 7 hours at a Starbucks with a few friends in the AP Psych class, and we all ended up with 5s on the exam. That's not to say these will replace months of homework and doing well on tests, but I remember finding some questions on the exam and specifically realizing that I would not have remembered the answer if not for studying these cards all day. They are a great refresher, especially with a study group to keep each other focused.

VERY HELPFUL
It was nice and cute. This really helped me on my Nationwide AP Psychology Test. I'm going to hand this down to my little sister and many other people who need it because it is so helpful. It's best to split up into different sections each week. The little ring included is VERY helpful, as it holds the section I would like to study for the week. Loved it.

Worth the cost!
Having the flashcards made studying for my daughter's AP exam so much easier. The cards are organized by subject, to make it easy to grab a set from the box. The cards are well worth the cost; I would suggest purchasing them earlier than before the exam.

Good review, but the cards are more quantity than quality
While this may be a good review for many core concepts, a lot of the cards are a bit pointless, and contradictory. For example, there are cards that sound like they describe a precise condition or term, but puts a very broad category as the answer. For example, at least one of the cards did something like describing what seemed like Alzheimers disease, but the answer was mental illness. Some of the cards seem hastily done, and it feels like they were just trying to fill the box with random cards.
