Natural Ruby Manik Gemstone

The cut was perfect. No inclusions. I ordered the 12ct ruby this time. This is now my gem vendor. :)

Clarity is poor and color is making me question the authenticity of the stone. You get what you pay for.

The photos provided by this seller are very inaccurate compared to what I received!! I'm appalled at the gross misrepresentation here. I can only hope that I happened to get their worst version of this product in some kind of error. I understand you get what you paid for but on Amazon you are paying for what is described with words and photos. This item failed both! See attached photos the brighter ones are taken with a bright flashlight pointed directly at the side of this "ruby", now look at the sellers photo (the 4th image attached).. the description does say crystalline inclusions but does not specify whether this stone is treated or how, whether it is fissure filled and the clarity and color isn't there. All I ask for is accurate representation of what I am buying! The stone I received is grossly cloudy, heavily included with obvious fissures. None of this is represented in the photos the color is not even close to the provided photo! It's just disappointing, I don't know whether I'm sadder or madder about this. I feel like I've been robbed and lied to. Thankfully it is at least returnable, so it's going back immediately!

I will be making a ring with this 12ct ruby and I am pleased with the quality. I have learned to stay with this company for loose natural gem stones as they are excellent in customer satisfaction.
