Sir Henry Ginger Beer Syrup

I bought this for my soda stream. I really wanted to like it. The pricepoint is a LOT better than the ginger beer syrup I usually buy.But the one issue I have with this syrup is that it doesn't really separate all that well in water. If I left my drink sit for a bit of time, the syrup remains on the bottom in a giant mass.Pretty easy to solve though, I just have to shake the bottle vigorously! (Of course, that leads to soda all over the place!) ugh!As far as the flavour goes, I prefer a bit more of a kick. A spicy ginger beer is my favorite and unfortunately this isn't spicy enough for me. It's still good, I wouldn't tell people not to try it, but I'm probably not going to get it again.For now, I'll stick to my  Pickett's #3 Hot N' Spicy Ginger Beer Syrup

Very flavorful and tastes like the ginger beer I recall from NYC (Brooklyn). The consistency is odd, though - I suppose it's the 'approved stabilizer',(as per label) but I can't figure out what that is. Tastes great, though.

Tasty, but it does note mix easily into water. You need to stir it a long time.

Not a fan of this syrup at all. There is no spiciness to it, just sugary sweetness.
