Refill Ice Sheet for Cooler Dog Hydro Cooling Mat

Overall. I'm happy with this product. My dog loves it. At first I thought fk. This is alot of money and my dog just won't use it. After a while (about 2 months) he found out how it can keep him cool and now he uses everyday. If you're having problems like me I suggest to keep adding the ice sheets so eventually your dog will understand the benefits. I have read people having problems with their ice pack leaking or breaking. I did have this problem but when you have 80 ice cubes one or two won't make a big difference. In my opinion it was a great purchase after all. I do recommend you buy at least one more refills for those extra hot days. I have three and I normally just use two. FYI: noticed a broken ice cube after maybe six months. I have a maltipoo. He is med size. Weights about 28pounds. Only needed one mat. The only issue which is not that big unless you're a clean freak is that my dog ate some KFC lol on it once.( Update: I actually found a way to remove the stain. Use one spoon of clorex and dish soap. Soak for 12 hours and the stains will be long gone.) I haven't been able to remove the stain. Solution is flip the mat. Other than that. I highly recommend this item.

I use this under the pad at the bottom of my dog stroller and it's great! We live in AZ where is gets crazy hot, so I've outfitted their stroller (which I used to take them to their potty area in our apartment complex) with misters and this cooling mat underneath the pad of their stroller so they nice and cool. It stays cool for a really long time and makes a huge difference in keeping them cooler in these 100 plus temps!

This worked great for us as we were able to put the ice sheet right in the cooler for another use the following day. We race superstocks on dirt and some race tracks we go to are often way over 100 degrees. Our little guy was getting way overheated and we used the ice sheets inside his cool bed and also in a cool vest. It made all the difference in the world.

These are such a good idea, but they sweat so badly that within 10 minutes the entire pad top and bottom is wet and so is your dog. I wrapped it in a towel, but then it’s not as cool. I wish it was gel instead of water and it might last longer and not sweat as badly.

It is essential to get the refill set so that you can freeze a set while one is being used. This worked well for us as we put a fresh one in at night and froze the other.

Great product! The refill is great especially when your outside for prolonged hours during the summer heat. The pic attached was taken during an 81' F day with 62% humidity. Our dog LOVES the Cooler Dog pad.
