As advertised
Great quality item. It does help with heat radiation. Note: This is not in all cases a stand-alone fireback. You may need the iron "feet" for it to stand in your fireplace, depending on your other fireplace hardware. (Fire dogs, grate/grill, etc.) I did not, since my raised log grate was wider than the fireback.
