This product works better than expensive high end brands. Love it.

Just began using this product based on recommendation from stylist. I am pleased with the results to this point. Nice fragrance, my hair looks bright and shiny, and it hasn't seemed to dry my hair out. I have only used twice at this point and am using with other hydrating shampoo and leave in conditioner. Pleased so far!

Don’t like it, left purple residue in my hair

I had dull gray hair. My hair stylist recommended L'Oreal Paris Professionnel Serie Expert Silver Magnesium Neutralising Shampoo (For Grey and White Hair). I will NEVER use any other product on my hair again. It took out the brassy color and left me with my beautiful gray and white natural hair color. I do not leave the shampoo on for as long as it says in the instructions. I use the CREAM in this same series and leave it on for anywhere 2-4 minutes. My hair is dry and I use styling products. GIVE THIS L’OREAL PRODUCT A TRY, YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED 💕

No dislikes. I love what it does for my hair. Makes it look silvery with a hint of purple.
