After learning that Bentonite Clay can contain lead, I wanted to research this product more and find out where it is sourced from. But unfortunately there is NO way to tell if this specific brand or product is safe. The website on the container’s domain is for sale and doesn’t exist. The address on the container is not for the business itself, it’s just for a small place called “the neighborhood mailbox”. The company name Accelerated Intelligence Inc. is not trackable at all other than through it’s amazon sales. I tracked it back to a random mining company in China, that may be affiliated with the AI inc. Honestly, I’m just trusting my instinct on this one, anyone can make a label and create a product. This just all feels sketchy. You shouldn’t have to go down a rabbit hole to attempt to figure out where the product you’re buying is coming from. I’m returning this sketchy product and going to purchase mine from the local health store in town, since I know where it comes from. 👌 Think for yourself.

I used the other usual aztec indian healing clay for years and years. It never cured my acne. But it made my skin soft and stopped the progress of existing pimples. I stopped using it for 3 months and my skin started to become irritated and itchy and dry and small zits started forming on my cheeks. I never had skin issues on that area before stopping. So i had to buy a new clay.Anyway, so far, i like this brand/ red bottle A LOT BETTER. It mixes easier. Its a smoother consistency. I used acv. The color is a lot lighter. It doesnt pulsate like the other one but it seems so much more gentle on my wrinkles.. it didnt burn like the old brand. It doesnt leave your face scorching red after..it is WAY EASIER to apply. And it washes off way easier as well. And doesnt leave your shower or sink a huge mess. I am really glad i found this brand.

When the product arrived I was immediately impressed with the packaging. They keep it very well sealed and the container is easy to open and re-seal. The product itself is of great quality and easy to use. I mixed a tablespoon of clay with 1/2 tablespoon of water and that made plenty. The texture of the clay is very smooth. I have sensitive skin so I kept mine on for about six minutes. I washed with warm water and immediately noticed my skin felt smooth, clean, and tighter. Will definitely be using this product in my weekly regimen from now on. Great product!

The clay can be mixed with equal parts apple cider vinegar or water to make the mask paste. I used water and applied 1/4" mask to my face and neck and could instantly feel tightening. I left it on for 10 mins and washed it off with warm water. My skin feels softer and smoother.This will become part of my weekly regimen (and it's something I can see my husband trying with me).Great price for 10-15 applications.And I love that it's natural product with no heavy metals or animal testing.

I don't know Amazon still reflects this product as 'on its way.' however, I did receive this over a week ago and have used TWICE so far and what a difference it has made to my complexion. I have tried just about anything in the past to get rid of those annoying black heads on the tip of my nose and this just lifted it right off. I can't believe I didn't try these earlier, because they would tempt me on every Whole Foods market visit. Glad to have found it on Amazon!

I have been using this clay for about 6 months now for Seborrheic dermatitis on my face. I have tried EVERYTHING from steroids, creams, oils, and nothing has worked like this, and it has truly changed my life. It leaves my skin feeling so smooth too. When I travel, it is the first thing I pack. I have also tried the other brand (Aztec Secret) and this one has a MUCH better consistency once it is mixed, it doesn't clump up at all. You can mix it with water, but apple cider vinegar works better for my skin. I would recommend you experiment with both and see which works best for you, in case you are sensitive with the apple cider vinegar. I apply religiously once per week and often twice per week. This stuff is so good that I have bought it as gift for my sister. My only concern is running out and not finding this brand again, I am so happy you are carrying this. Needless to say, I am a huge fan.

I gave the clay mask 5 stars not because I absolutely love it, but because it what it is advertised to be. It reminds me of an old school clay mask that I used to do. It's fun because you get to play with it like a chemist, you mix the power with the liquid. I think I would have wished for more precise measurements so I didn't waste so much of the product, but other than that, it was great. It hardened like it is supposed to, felt good on and washed off with warm water (I used a wash cloth, too). My skin felt smooth afterwards.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I love to be able to pamper myself.Being able to make my own face mask with some apple cider vinegar and this clay is amazing. Once you find the right consistency that you like... for me it's similar to icing, not too runny and not too thick , the application is easy. Just apply to your face, let it set for about 10 minutes and then rinse off.Your face will thank you and making your own, you know exactly what is going into the product that touches your face!
