The product was decent, tortillas are more steamed than cooked. I had the product for about a week until it malfunction. I called Amazon and NUNI but none seemed to help me. After many calls, I was able to have Amazon representative tell me they can replace it. I returned the item but I only received a refund? I clicked on the product to rebuy and the price increased after a week. No wonder I wasn't able to get a replacement... As much as I want this item I would not want to spend more than I already did. I'm just one customer who had a tough turnout. Hope this doesn't occur too often.

I absolutely love this tortilla toaster. Love the color red. Cant beat 6 tortillas in less than a minute. I would have given a 5-Star rating, but I have one minor issue... tortillas get stuck after the 3rd warming attempt. Being Mexican-American, I sometimes like my tortillas a bit crunchy. So, I tested my NUNI to do that, after all its a toaster. However, after the 3rd warming cycle, the tortilla gets stuck and it can be hard to remove it. It calls for a bit more wider cracks. Not sure if NUNI is intended to actually toast a tortilla, but its sure does the job for it. 3 cycles gives it a soft crunchy result, 4-5 cycles gives it an actual tostada result. Nonetheless, I’d recommend it!

It heats corn tortillas to perfectly hot and pliable in one cycle on level 5. We eat tortillas every day and this toaster is perfect for us!

I was super pleased with the results my first time using the toaster. Six hot tortillas in no time and really easy. One caveat, make sure the toaster in not sitting at the edge of your counter facing forward. I did that and all six of my first batch flew onto the floor! Haha But this is a nice addition to my small appliances that is actually very useful and will get used a lot.

I bought this for my Dad for this birthday and he had it on his counter for a few days before boxing it up and asking me to return it. The tortillas would sag when you put them in the slots, then get stuck when you tried to take them out. He tried knives, tweezers, forks and all kinds of things trying to get the tortilla out and my mom stressed thinking he was going to electrocute himself. The ones he could get out were great, but with every use, a few would get stuck and have to stay in there for awhile, until they got hard.So return it we did.

Just got home from a road trip and was happy to see that my new gadget had arrived! Actually had already enjoyed Friday nite fish fry, but I just had to try the Nuni Tortilla toaster right away. Needless to say, it was just a test run to try it out as we are too full to actually have some, but they turned out great. It is easy to use and for our needs will be perfect. I can’t wait to make supper tomorrow night and REALLY test drive this fun toaster.

Love this toaster! No more pan warming a single tortilla at at time. Everyone gets a hot tortilla at the same time. Makes tacos for dinner so much easier! Worth the counter space. Works on flour or corn tortillas up to 6". My only issue - you must flip the tortillas out of the toaster when it is finished toasting - or they will stick. (easily nudged loose with utensil). My mom uses hers daily since corn tortillas are her 'bread' on her gluten free diet. My niece and her husband have requested one for Christmas!
