Xtra Thick: Sand Shrimp

I tried this on a recent fishing trip and it didn't seem to catch fish (trout) any more or less than anything else. I was looking for something to entice fish to "go for it" instead of just looking over the bait when I am ice fishing. At one point, we were set up over 10 feet of clear water and I could actually watch the fish coming up and checking out my jigs. This stuff didn't seem to make a difference. I can tell you it has a very strong smell (some would say stink) because the plastic bottle was broken open in the shipping envelope when I received it.

Xtra Thick Sturgeon Feast is indeed very thick and sticky! I ordered it to use in my recipe to pickle squid - it did not blend in well because it is so thick, but it did work well on the squid I had my line. Also, I received my order very quickly.

Smells like it works and its sticky, seemed to wax up and flake off in cold water thou. Verdict is till out on effectiveness
