Very sturdy and great price.
We bought the right angle sail for a back porch area that needed more shade. We had been using a pull down shade to block the morning sun but the sail does a great job . We took the shade down. I was not home when it was installed and my husband had it screwed to the eaves in several places. The kit needed to install only attaches in 3 places. It looks good and does the job even though it wasn’t installed correctly. The bottom line is we love the sail and would definitely purchase again.UPDATE..we have now had the sail for over 9 months and it shows no signs of wear and tear.

weird cut
I ordered another standard size and was happy, this one is just wrong. It didn't come on time (they did offer a discount for it being late which was very nice) but as you can see from the picture the cut indents and the points are way too skinny. Looks like someone was cheap on fabric when they were cutting. I thought it would be better when it was up but it isn't and I can't take it down alone and they don't take returns on "custom" sizes which I didn't realize this was as it was listed along with regular sizes. I am unhappy as it costs too much for a too skinny shade that doesn't provide much shade at all. Not happy with the quality of the work and cut but the fabric and color are nice. Stick to the smaller sizes as they are fuller cuts.

Exactly what we needed for our patio
We needed something to look decent on the front of our house. Originally we were planning on going with the square one as it covered more space, but we would have had to install a pole or tie it off to a tree 1/2 way across the yard. Then I found this. This was much more reasonable in price than others and it fits perfectly over our patio in the front of our house. You almost can't tell it's there from the street.ONE THING TO NOTE: for the best installation we purchased a triangle sail shade kit. We anchored the corner and pulled as tight as we could to find the best location for the ends. Well, we didn't anticipate how much it would stretch. So word of advice - get the right hooks (ours are shown in pics) and make sure you have them all the way extended so that you have room to tighten the fabric once it loosens up. If you do that you won't have an issue pulling it tight and keeping it tight. Enjoy!!

Plastic-y "fabric"
I wouldn't call this actually "fabric". More like plastic that has been texturized so that it has perforations to allow rain through. Price was high ($88) for this smallest one, but price was low for my 12x12x17 so I guess it averaged out to an okay price. These are installed on adjacent areas so I stayed with the same vendor to be sure they matched so wasstuck with pricing. The blue is a very bright blue as shown. I am hoping that they will last 5-7 years. My Cooleroo brand shade (17x17x17) is truly a fabric and still looks new after 6 years. These don't seem nearly as durable and cost was higher given the smaller sizes, but Cooleroo doesn't offer right angle shade sails.

Definitely a great product.
This was NEEDED, for two main reasons..1) providing shade to plants and ponds, with kois.. (lowering water temp).2) protect/hide pond from flying predators (read heron). It totally fulfilled both goals, very happy, probably the best thing I could have done for this area.. since installed (had to get some stainless eye hooks in poles, cleats on pole to attach rope left, carabiners to eye buckles already installed on sail, and rope), no more birds, and water temp in the ponds is just perfect. Besides.. I think that it is just a nice addition the this part of the yard, aesthetically speaking.Short story: VERY happy, SUPER easy to remove in case of incoming storm (three carabiners), couldn't recommend more. Also provide shade for us, of course...Totally satisfied by product and company selling it: fast shipping, no problem at all.Thanks.PS: several months later, still a very happy camper, fabrics holding strong, fully satisfied.

Thinner than expected, but overall happy with the shade sail
When I first opened the package, I was a little disappointed at how thin the material was for the sail. It is more see-through than i expected looking at the photos online, but the sizing is perfect and the quality of the stitch and edging is as I expected. It does a good job of blocking the direct sunlight - it still allows a lot of light through but does provide shade. It is not quite as blocking as some of the commercial sails I have seen. The description does clearly say Permeable, so I would say it is as described. Overall good for the value and loved that we could get them in a variety of sizes and colors.

Not as advertised! This is not made of fabric
I did not even take this all the way out of the packaging. This was advertised as a fabric sunshade and it is actually made of a woven type mesh of plastic/vinyl/poly something. To me, being from the United States and being in a third generation furniture manufacturing family, this does not qualify as a fabric. I put it back in the box and returned it to Amazon. If you are looking for a true FABRIC sunshade sail, this is not what you want . If you don’t mind vinyl/plastic/poly you can just go buy a tarp for $10and cut it in a triangle.

Privacy plus shade in a lightweight structure
This is just put up, but it’s just what we wanted for privacy from the neighbor’s kids window view to our patio. This one is the angled one put up 17’ along the fence to 12’ to a hook under the eave screw through siding at an angle into a rafter.Durability on these will be like the square pull down on that is now attached to the fence. This opened up our patio and increased privacy and air flow. A big plus is we have small dogs, so a covered area when it raining is a bonus when the dogs need ‘aired out’
