Great belt. I use it during workouts. It definitely increases the amount I sweat on my waist and feels very comfortable for when I work out. As far as sizing goes when we originally purchased I was on the second to smallest size zipper, and am now currently on the smallest zipper (pictures taken at the smallest fit), so this is a bit big. For reference I was about 6’1” 210 lbs when we first got this and am now 6’1” 185 lbs. My pants waist is about 36. Hope that helps determine if this belt would fit you.

I like it. I was able to wear for the most part of my day and was comfortable. It didn't roll either. It just wasn't the width I thought.

Great fit! It is comfort and offers great support. The short width makes it fit better for me. My old one was geared for men; it's width was longer and didn't fit as well.

I have spinal stenosis, this helps with walking and bending!

It's a good thing I am a seamstress. I immediately had to replace the zipper. I do like the material and comfort. I am starting at the second one last zip, as I slim down, I'll just take off the zipper and move it.

The zipper is broken. I’ve already asked for a replacement and that replacement zip broke as well. I don’t know what to do with it.

No zip included. Useless product with no zipper. Crappy purchase. Waste of cash.

the premise was good for this one but didn't even last 5 wears before it started ripping apart, save your $ and wrap yourself in plastic wrap would last longer

Shape is too straight for my curves. Fits tight at the bottom but too loose in the middle.

This is the 2nd one of these I have tried ....both the zips broke by the 2nd time of use
