fitting did not fit Hoselock connection and I couldn’t get my garden hose on the fitting supplied, so I had to replace it with a British standard garden top

I am very disappointed with this product as it was broken from the body and caused a lot of trouble. This is the first time I see a garden tap with such a thin body with so small wall thickness. It was connected to a wall mounted hose unit with a short hose and there was no load on it.It is almost impossible to examine the wall thickness if these products for the buyers. I definitely recommend to stay away.

The thread that fixes into the wall elbow were made incorrectly, so it wasn’t able to be twisted on properly. It was very cheaply made, so returned for a refund.

DO NOT BUY Every one i have fitted has snapped in one place or another absolutely useless

In less than a month the product rusted on the bolt holding the handle. In less than a year, the metal fractured and cause a serious leak, very poor quality. The mechanism is good, but poor quality metal has caused it to fail.

Outside tap for arthritic pensioner. Perfect.
