It works good for short beard. Doesn’t really work with longer beards.

The comb teeth are very short, making it difficult to use in medium to short beards. Didn’t really give the straightened effect

You get what you pay for. Weak sauce, doesn't really work very well for me.

Works ok but have to use several times. The heat works well for a few minutes and then you have to let it warm up again

My beard is either untameable, or this "straightener" isn't that great. I tried it a few times (damp/dry, quick/slow) and nothing worked. The instructions say that if the beard isn't straightening, then to go slower as you comb thru. Well, I tried that and I probably would've given myself a burn if I continued since it doesn't have an adjustable heat setting. Idk if I'll ever try another beard straightener, but if I did, I'd want one with adjustable heat settings and maybe even longer teeth to help combing the hair so you don't have to essentially have the hot surface right up against your skin.

I use it for my beard, works well to straighten. Take a bit to warm up but works as described.
