THIS WORKS!
This is a brilliant supplement. Life throws a lot at us emotionally sometimes and as a result, I had become so stressed - emotional stress is the worst, especially on a prolonged basis. Since starting this, I have been sleeping like a log to the point of not being able to wake up in the mornings, so have reduced intake to one per day, after supper. When you sleep well, you can cope. Absolutely marvellous but unable to re-purchase due to it being currently unavailable. Will have to try another brand which is a shame. I have purchased a lot of supplements over the years and this has been one of the best.
