Sour Cherry jam

I was hoping it would be a replacement for Persian Sour Cherry Preserves. If you've never had Persian Sour Cherry preserves e.g. Sadaf, you might like this. It's on the sweeter side than sour...

I know that is very expensive for jelly/topping, but it is worth it. Try it and you will not care that is over twice what normal store bought jam/jelly cost. You will enjoy it.

Consistency more liquid than jam. Difficult to spread on toast or bread. Few actual cherries.

I love sour cherries and this was awesome.

It's very watery and doesn't taste fresh.
