Regular use is key.
They're capsules, easy to take before I hit the sack. I've been taking them for years and sleep a peaceful sleep now with no burning, tingling, or pain in feet anymore. Haven't had issues in years because of my Nuphoria Blue, wouldn't be without them. I guess I'm faithful to take them because I remember how difficult my life was before them. I took them for months before getting better but then I got better and better so yeah, I'm hooked.

This supplement created sleep disturbance
I had trouble adjusting to this supplement. I was not sure if I was reacting to 4 dosage of Acetyl L-Carnitine, so I wrote and asked it it will be Ok to adjust the dosage. I found I could sleep well with 4 tablets, but not 4. I received no reply.Though when I purchased it, I was told I could ask question. I was a bit disappointed.
