nearly 50 degrees cooler under the cover
The cover is a bit large for my bike. I pulled a lot of extra cord through to get a snug fit around the tail section and the headlight. I commute daily on my bike. No safe place to park in the shade. The cover has 2 holes (for ventilation ?) I left the tail section sticking out to measure the temperature. After being parked outside for 4 hours the pillion seat was a scorching 145 degrees and the shaded fuel tank was only 99 degrees(probably still warm from the ride?). Ambient temp was a high of about 90 degrees. It should help extend the life of my fuel, tank, seat and paint.

This is a thin cover
I did not like it. I tryed to put it on my bike and it did not come down even half way. VERY thin material, and it feels like that it would blow away in a slight breeze. It did not tighten up around my bike at all when i put it on. It might be okay for a smaller type of motorcycle such as a dirt bike or a small street bike type, but it is not meant for a larger type such as a cruiser or a bagger type of bike which is what i have.

Not worth it
Tears up way to easy. The wind blowing caused it to have a hole start on the handlebars. Seat still wet and it's a lot bigger than pictured
