Husband used it to make a swinging gate on our porch. Seemed to be easy to install but works well from what I have seen/used.

There is no way for me to detemine was was on my fence so I took measurments and this is as close as I could find. The only difference with old and knew is that only 2 of 8 holes line up. This was enough to get the hinge started and made it much easier to line up. All I had to do is drill all the holes I needed while the 2 screws that lined up held the hinge in place. Super easy to install and adjust.

Used a pair of these on a pool fence gate. Easy to adjust and very sturdy.

Perfect fit for what I was looking for for a wide fairly short deck gate. Seems to work great and looks looks very good.

We needed a special hinge for a metal gate by a staircase the spring loaded hinges at Home Depot didn't work. D&D Technology was on the old hinge and although we couldn't find the 20 year old hinge we found one that works even better and it came in white which was perfect instead of the black

I thought I was gonna get a much better quality item. I am fully expecting this to last maybe two years tops on a wooden pool gate.I thought for sure in this had a metal hinge but the entire thing is plastic. I purchased the wooden gate version.
