I love this item and wish I had known about it sooner.For when your eyes are aching and/or you have a headache this microwaved for under a minute works wonders. I've purchased one for home and one for my bag so itd always with me when I'm out and about, esp at the office.Now ordered some for the gift hampers I am making.Environmentally friendly from the perspective that it can be reused a zillion times.

This turned out much better than I thought it would. It is so relaxing having the cooling mask on my eyes, and only needs to be in the freezer for about 30 minutes to get nice and cold. They even provide you with a little zip-lock bag to cover it with so it doesn't end up smelling of the fridge! Apparently it can also be used as a hot pack, but I haven't tried that yet.My husband tried it out and liked it so much that he's stolen it. I'm having to buy another one now!

When it was fully functioning it was very effective as a an eye mask with cooling comfort for tired eyes...but less than 3 months after getting this mask as a Christmas gift the beads started popping out because there was a break in one of the seams around the bottom of the mask. There is no return after two months and no corporate headquarters to report the problem. 3 months does not make this value for money. Shame there is no alternative than to give this a negative review.

As a migraine sufferer, atleast 1 a week, mostly 2/3 weekly. This product really helps to take the edge of the pain. Its not a miracle worker and its not going to cure your headaches but its certainly going to help ease them!

The mask is well made and has instructions for use included. I bought this for my husband who had very swollen eyes due to an accident at home. He is using it a few times a day and it has already reduced the puffiness. My husband also mentioned how refreshing it was. I am delighted with it and will be using it for a refresher. Many thanks.

Love this product, its perfect when i have a migrain, or just need cooling down, not really suitable for over night but if you need a nap, from a heahache perfect, keep mine in the freezer so its at its coldest..

Massively helps cool my eyes, the adjustable strap helps position it comfortably and the fabric is soft against the skin! One of the better buys against other similar masks!!

My daughter suffers from sinuses and facial pain I brought this in hope that it would bring her slight relief, she pops it in the freezer or microwave and says it soothes her face.
