I have just received my pack of 50 white air laid 40cm napkins with Happy Birthday inscribed on them. What a disappointment. I have had to prise open each napkin which was stuck together. The quality of the napkin is now partly crumbled. I have a birthday party in a few days so will have to use them. I had expected, for the money paid, a top quality disposable napkin. The quality of the napkin is good but the appearance is marred by the crumpling. I have unprised half of the pack so far and fortunately the napkin is strong and has not torn, but are quite strongly stuck together.

The product is more like material than paper and I have all sorts of uses for it. Many thanks, jt456

I was looking for a larger napkin and these are good. They are not a brilliant white which I was looking for and appear in the picture but are OK. We haven’t used them yet so I can’t comment on the absorbency. They were expensive for a napkin not sure I would buy again.

It was worth a try but they don't have that soft luxury feel that we were looking for in a linen feel napkin. They wont go to waste, we we use them for other things but not good enough as a dinner party napkin.

I have this product regularly and always perfect.Thank you.

Delivery fine. Size okay but these napkins are harsh not soft and feel almost like starched linen.I am still looking for better linen type napkins with a softer feel.

Can’t rate anything yet as wedding not until July but they seem ok
