7 metric screw to make it work also the threads on the stud mount are not as thick as i would like them to be
well it works but after some trouble first of all my whip is very thin (14 guage), it seems to be made for a 10 guage wire and the screws are way too shallow to bite through to the thinner whip SO I had to find a longer M4-.7 metric screw to make it workalso the threads on the stud mount are not as thick as i would like them to be. it fits and I can tighten it down but idk how well it will hold up to vibration. my whip is only 14 inches long so if you are looking for an adapter for a long whip several feet long you should go find something elsebut for 6 dollars and free shipping its okay i guess

It's okay and does the job. Shipped quick, but got stuck in Michigan for 5 day (including weekend). It seems like it is made for 10 gauge (like the other reviewer said) but I had to take a 1/8" drill bit to bore out the hole for my 10 gauge antenna to fit. Other than that, it feels sturdy and seems like it'll last
