Not what it seems...
This trimmer line is actually a brittle wire encapsulated in a plastic liner. It resembles a bread bag tie-wrap on steroids. I had to use needle nose pliers to pre-bend the end of the line to enable installation of this "wire" on the tap-n-go spool of my Stihl-FS-90. I couldn't cut more than a 10' by 10' swath of dry golden rod (and a few small briers) before having to feed out more string. Buy this only if you need heavy duty tie-wraps for the rest of your life...just sayin'.

I've never added line to my weedeater before and now I'll never stop.
First let me say that this spool is very large and a great value for the money. I was hesitant to wrap my own line at first but after watching one YouTube video I saw just how easy it was. This spool is going to save me a lot of money over the long term. I should have purchased this years ago...
