I take GABA 750mg by Source Naturals for calmness and sleep. It is recommended that you not take a single amino too long by itself. So I add 1 Amino Day with my GABA when take it. I guess it is for balance. Also the rush that you get from the GABA when it first takes effect does not bother me. i have heard others like Min Tran better than GABA because of the rush that lasts only seconds. I don t think i do like MIN TRAN better.

Seemed to work for me. I felt as though I was sore for less days while I was taking this. Most days I eat a lot of protein so for me the difference was subtle. Though on days I did not have as much protein it really did seem to help. Perhaps for someone who does not get as much protein this may work better for.

I ended up not even trying the tablets because of the interaction with medication warning on the side of the bottle. However, I give Source Naturals a lot of credit for putting the warning on the bottle, many supplement companies do not. I would trust Source Naturals as a great resource for supplements because of the honest labeling.

Well, I bought it since I saw a Dr Oz re-run about the combo and I would have dismissed it at some other point in my life. But supplementing has its benefits and I wait to see how this works out. It'll be a little hard to tell though since I already had a regimen going.
