MK-4 has a very short biological half-life; making it a poor candidate as a dietary supplement. I can't take this medications because I am getting wery constipated

My free order arrived promptly through the mail; in fact, I believe it arrived in just two days. I though this might just be another supplement out on the market, but I can honestly say that I stand corrected. I've suffered from stenosis in the lumbar area and also in my neck. I've received relief for my neck through the use of Celebrex and Glucosamine, but my back has required frequent steroid injections just so I can function. After hearing my sister rave about her results from taking this supplement, I decided to finally try it. I thought I had nothing to lose and was about to schedule another steroid injection anyway for my aching back. I've only been taking it for less than a week, and I am having practically NO back pain! I don't see how something like this product can be having such an immediate effect, but nothing else has changed, and I've been helping with a grandbaby too. All I can say is that I'm hopeful this good luck continues!! This product and it's quick delivery get an A+ from me!
