Best CPAP mouth tape
There's no hype, no sales pitch, just a product that works extremely well to tape the mouth shut at night, especially for CPAP users. You don't need a special CPAP tape. That's just sales hype. This is hypoallergenic, adheses well, gently pulls out some stray hairs when you remove it and WORKS WELL.You don't need a specific brand for CPAP. Just use this. :)

Perfect for chaffing and blister prevention
I'm an avid runner and have some sensitivity to my own sweat. This brings about raw chaffing from seams on sports bras (and I've tried almost every brand in the 10+ years I've been running). I came across a similar product years ago which I can no longer find and this cover roll is almost identical! No, chaffing products like body glide do not do the job - at least not nearly as well as this cover roll 😉. I run 1-2 times a day and tape up my chest area where the bra seams and chest strap will sit and enjoy the run 🏃♂️ and happy to get as sweaty as I want! I also use it for hot spots on my feet. Long distance runners will know what I mean when you've run your shoes in but not ready for a new pair. This cover roll prevents hot spots and blisters! And if you're breaking in a new pair of shoes, tape up the likely areas on your feet and you're ready to go! On occasion I have used cover roll for large grazes over a dressing and you can get through multiple showers without changing the dressing. It adheres very well and will peel off nicely if you peel on a 180 degree back over the area. Don't try to peel it off by ripping it off or pulling in a 90 degree angle from the area... you could end up with missing skin! Do it correctly and you'll feel comfortable dressing and redressing twice a day. Also, this seller gets the product to you before the estimated time by Amazon. It was supposed to arrive Sunday evening by 9pm and received it Saturday lunch time. I'm about to order another 2 rolls!

Comparison with Kinesio Classic
A knee injury had me looking for methods to stablize/aid the joint. I tried this tape as well as the Kinesio Classic and here are my findings. First of all, I did the taping myself with my son's help (he's a personal trainer). I haven't been to the doctor since I know I'll be sent to this place and that for multiple tests, xrays and an MRI. Problem is, walking makes it worse so I'm hoping that with rest, elevation and taping it will heal on its own. If it doesn't, of course, I'll bite the bullet and take the medical route, but after years of horse injuries (both to them and me) I know things often heal on their own with time.I bought both these types of tape, not knowing which might work the best. The Kinesio is a slightly better deal as you get 13.5 yards as opposed to 10 yards for this product for about the same price. This product is lighter and has a smoother finish, but is not nearly as stretchy as the Kinesio. I have very sensitive skin and neither product caused a skin problem. This product is easy to remove from the backing as the backing paper is split down the middle so you only have to fold it a bit to get a corner of the paper to pull off. Actually though, I found application of the Kinesio was a bit easier once I got a corner of the backing free because the single strip of backing could be pulled away as you applied the tape which reduces opportunities for the tape to catch and stick to itself. The real difference in the two types is in the finish, the weight and stretch. When you want to tape around the knee cap, for example, you need the tape to stretch and 'bend' so it lays smoothly. You want to support the joint/muscle, not immobilize it. If you need that level of help, you probably have a more serious problem that requires professional attention. In my case, I use this tape only in places that don't need to accommodate movement. The slightly smoother finish means the tape is less likely to be pulled away by clothing like slacks or a shirt worn over the taped area. The lighter weight seems like it would be a bit cooler although I haven't noticed a difference. It stays on really well. In the end though I just find the Kinesio tape more comfortable because of the stretch feature. If you need to tape an area that doesn't require movement, though, this tape is a good choice.

Quality
Use this at work for sports and supportive taping barrier to harsher/firmer tape. Works well and holds up for a few days.

CPAP Mouth Tape
Keeps the air inside where it belongs, and doesn't peel off skin nor stubble when removing it in the morning. Tried several brands of medical tape, and this is the one I'm sticking with!

Great Value! Great Product!
I bought this as an alternative to the exorbitantly priced mouth tapes on the market. I use it to improve my sleep quality by keeping my mouth shut during the night, and forcing me to breathe through my nose. It remains securely attached to my beard and mouth yet is easy to remove in the morning. This tape has never let me down.

Awesome Blister Protection! Just bought a second box
This tape is the bomb! I love it. My heels seem to blister more easily as I get older and have tried just about everything to prevent them. I've invested in expensive shoe protectors that seem to work but I can't afford to put them in all my shoes. I came across a video where someone was using this on their heels when they ran and I actually laughed thinking there was no way that thin tape would help but I found even more videos claiming the same thing so I ordered a roll. This stuff us AMAZING! I walk 3 miles a day and have yet to have a blister. The adhesive sticks well and I can usually get a couple of days from one application (even after showers) before I change them out. The old blisters healed quickly and show no signs of returning. I only wish I had found this stuff years ago. The back side of the tape is marked for easy cutting so you get the right amount each time. This tape is worth every penny. Speaking of pennies, the price is reasonable and actually cheaper than the name brands and I'm sure is the same quality. Would definitely recommend (and have to friends and family).
