Plantronics HW261N SupraPlus Wideband Binaural Headset

These headphones are not very comfortable. Sound quality is good but lower in volume than previous Plantronics headphones. Can't wear them for a long durantion....too uncomfortable.

This headset is very comfortable and most of the call center staff now prefer the 2 sided headset. The clarity is very good and the headset is lightweight.

Product has been what we have been using for several years in our place of business, works well in our customer service dept.

It is difficult to find a binaural telephone adaptable head set for a hearing impaired person. This was the only one I found after a 3 month search. It does the job when used with the M22 amplifier. The quality is about the same as a $15 headset with a $60 penalty to get the company's proprietary connector. I wish there were a way around the connector issue for less expense. Yes, dad is able to have a telephone conversation now, with less ambient noise to disturb him, but it is a reluctant compromise of a situation. The sound quality is MUCH better in headphones he uses for Skype, gmail, and the like connected to a computer, for about 2/3 the price. For adapting the telephone for a hearing impaired individual, this is minimally acceptable.

I needed these for a department at work, they said the headphones worked great.

I bought last week this HW261N with the Plantronics Polaris Cable for Headset with Quick Disconnect (2719001) I can listen to others but they can not hear me. Please confirm how I can resolve this problem. I am using this headset with an IP phone CISCO IP 303 three line. I already tried several CISCO IP 303 with this headset

I absolutely love this product!As a closed captioner for television, getting GREAT audio is VITALLY IMPORTANT to me over the phone.This headset is amazing :)
