STI1D Body Ice Standard Deluxe Cold Pack - 11" x 14"

This ice pack is by far the best I’ve ever bought. I have bought 4 others on Amazon. This is the brand my PT uses. It is the most flexible one I’ve had. It just lays on my knee it’s better than the 2 w Velcro straps that go on my knee. It is the coldest pack I have ever used to and can actually feel it through my pants. I will be buying another for sure !!!!!

I'd bought one by bodyice over 10 years ago from my Physical Therapist and it only just started to clump up. The black exterior never got punctured or leaked so I bought a new one for my latest injury. I like these because they hold up day after day. I use mine several times a day every day and it never fails. I ice my shoulder on the way to my swim with it and it helps me feel less pain. The one I bought for the same price in a cheap clear plastic package with blue stuff inside from another physical therapist ripped open the first week I got it after getting handled too roughly and caught in freezer door. This one does not dissapoint. It's not the coldest, but it's the best value and it's the only one that's held up.

This is the best ice pack we have ever found. It is so soft and flexible when completely frozen. Stays cold for longer than the recommeded 20 min. use. would highly recommend and purchase again if needed.

Sturdy, flexible. Great for icing down aches and pains.

More expensive than others, but the pack stays flexible to conform to body shape.

This is the second one I own and my first one is 12 years old. They both allow me to use them in tandem. 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off. They both stay cold for the full 20 minutes and I find they work best when you lay them flat in the freezer.

Wife and daughter both use these packs. They hold the cold as well or better than most. A bit pricey though

I need an ice pack for my shoulder, recovering from rotator cuff surgery and must apply cold after doing my PT exercises. But the shoulder is not a flat surface, and you want a pack that will sit on your shoulder but also chill the side as well as the top, and a bit down your arm as well. Every other pack I tried (e.g., Ohuhu) became stiff once cold making it very difficult, not matter how large it was, to achieve that result, even with straps pulled tight to try to force the pack to follow the contours of your body. I noticed my PT never had any such problem because the pack she used on me after each session was soft even though cold, and nicely draped over my shoulder, chilling all areas with no more than a single strap to hold it in place. I inquired and this is the ice pack she used. I've now gotten it and it works perfectly, just as in the PT office. I just place it in a pillowcase, as does my PT in her office. I also bought a single strap to hold it in place. Ones that are stiff when cold might work ok on flat areas of one's body.
