I had ordered a heavy-duty case and screen cover for my new phone, but there was a delay in delivery. Rather than carry around an unprotected phone for 5 days, I ordered this case (with next day delivery) as an interim solution. It did keep my screen from getting scratched and protected the phone from the knocks and bumps of everyday living, but I cannot recommend for long-term use. The Galaxy smartphone is touch sensitive, as are most smartphones. This screen does not lay flat enough to the screen to make it effective for most motions. Also, the edges came too far over the screen to allow the side-swipe quick access menu to be opened. Good as a short-term solution, but not useful for long-term use.

my wife is tough on phones.she loved the way this one looked and so we bought the case.it WAS beautiful.it did not fit 100% snug around her phone (S10)it popped apart a few times when she dropped her phone from 5 ft.And her phone glass got minor cracked while in the case??so not the bestbut you get what you pay for.

I would have gladly given a 5 star review, its cute and then screen protector doesn't impede on the functionality of the screen. HOWEVER, it was delivered today and the screen protector is already scratched and scuffed, as if it was a return unit. I removed the flimsy film that had air bubbles by the way, and underneath was dirt and scratches. I took a picture, not sure how well it shows. I barely got it and it's damaged. I'm really disappointed because I really like the design of the case (and I'm really picky with phone cases). I will not be buying from this seller again.

This phone case is very nice! Beautiful design on the back, feels good in my hand. Nice and grippy. The screen protector is a bit elevated from the face of the phone, I think I would prefer one that adheres directly to the phone. There's a bit of "bounce" there. Also, it's bulkier than I expected, takes my nice sleek phone and turns it into a bit of a behemoth. The charging cord that came with the phone fits nicely. The off-brand ones I bought still fit, just take a little maneuvering.

I have a Galaxy 10e and I am really enjoying the case. In the past I have had to cut out part of my cases to use the side button, these buttons work great with this case on. The only weakness is that the Galaxy has a tiny side panel that allow easy access to some programs. I have never used that side panel before, so I don't miss it.

Love this case. It is so pretty even with the white s10e. The grips on the side make it feel secure in my hand. Only reason it's a 4 star review is the included screen protector is garbage. I guess I've been spoiled with glass screen protectors on my other phones, but I could not handle the texture of the one with this case. It made it nearly impossible to use the edge feature and the screen was definitely a lot less sensitive. I just peeled it off and BAM, perfect case. Plus I still have the factory screen protector included with the phone. Highly recommend, especially for the price

Design is cute but poor quality. I've had mine a week. I was taking phone out if case and the white hard case that goes over screen, completely cracked.When holding phone to ear to talk, the case isn't comfortable on the ear. The screen protector means you have to press really hard for screen to be responsive.I wouldn't buy this brand again and plan to request a refund.

Got this cover for my daughter. It fit well and looked nice but only lasted a few months. I suppose it did it's job protecting her phone on that last drop but it didn't fare well and broke. I don't know how many times it was dropped but I think it should've lasted a little longer than it did.
