One Year Later...
I bought this bat house a year ago after being impressed with the seemingly knowledgeable responses to other customers' questions. I hung it up but had difficulty attracting any bats. Based on other reviews, I knew it might take some time to get any inhabitants. Well, late last night I happened to be outside with a flashlight and you wouldn't believe the joy and relief I experienced when I saw a little friend making her home in this house! Been up for two years now...no bats. And we do see bats every evening but no residents yet.

I've never bought a bat house before and I was a bit concerned about how difficult it would be. For the price, I also wondered what the quality would be. I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Installing it was an absolute breeze. Single screw, eyeball it, and hang.While I don't appear to have a bat....yet! I'm hoping to before the summer is over. My neighbors are also interested in seeing if one takes up residence or not. My location has an extreme abundance of mosquitoes, which we are all hoping will provide plenty of food for any who decide to.

Already have bats living here!
Nice looking wood bat house. Seems sturdy enough. Hubby put it up on the side of our house a month or so ago. Yesterday early evening we could hear the bats squeaking inside. Also see evidence of their poops. It works! We live near a pond so wanted more mosquito eaters to have a comfy home.

Misleading
Purchased two houses from this company. They say wildlife seekers USA but they are actually made in China. Very disappointed as I like to buy American made products.
