A mistake always leads to lessons learned. In this case, we purchased a ham to send to family for a funeral. Unfortunately, we forgot to change the shipping address and we received the ham instead.Pro/Cons - The ham was very good, but did need to be warmed up (so not that convenient for recipient).Pro/Cons - Not sure if it would have feed 16-18, but it did have nice thick slices & would have been good with rollsPro/Cons - The $99 cost was too high for the size. We bought the same ham, fully cooked, spiral cut at Target in Hawaii for $30.Next time, I'd shop around more. But we're enjoying the Ham none the less.

Holiday Hams are close to Honey Baked, but no cigar.
When I lived in northern California, a big treat was to buy a Honey Baked (HB) ham at one of their outlets. Its not available to me now in Delaware. So, I tried for a match-up and chose Holiday Ham through Amazon ($99). First reaction, it seemed smaller than HB. Second, the flavor was very good, but maybe one star short of HB. Next time, I will probably audition a different provider to see if I can get closer to the Honey Baked taste.

The BEST ham you can buy....you have to try it!!
I have ordered this ham for the last 4 years. Even though it's more spendier than your typical ham, it's so well worth the money. It's a fully cooked, honey glazed, spiral cut ham. It has so much great smoked hickory flavor, very juicy and delicious. When they say it's mouth watering perfect, they are absolutely correct!! I always get praised when I fix it for a holiday dinner.....everybody loves it!! It has a lot lower sodium content than other hams and I'm not drinking a ton of water after I eat it!! Makes fantastic leftovers as it's very easy to reheat and still very tasty!!
