Looks great the microwave is on the small side but a dinner plate fits in it. I'm really pleased.

Just love this set. They all match they are all retro styled and they are not too large for small kitchens.

Received package quite quick although the kettle is faulty the on/off switch doesn't work and kettle won't switch off...I'll have to order another one to replace it costing me more

Excellent service, slight issue with kettle but within 3 days or highlighting this a replacement was with me. Excellent handling if my order would definitely use these again. I love my microwave, kettle and toaster, great value

Of course, I am buoyed by the good news that…"All product design is under constant review; we will forward your comments on to our Quality Assurance department for consideration in the next iteration of the design”.Sadly, the foregoing has an air of ‘closing the stable door after the horse has bolted’ about it, I am of the opinion that there is a chink in the chain of command that allowed this woeful duo to be marketed in the first instance, your Quality Assurance department has a few questions to answer.May I tentatively suggest that the next 'iteration of the design' incorporates more robust materials - a solid metal kettle lid for example? An actual chrome lever for the toaster? Or perhaps a more radical shift is required...you might consider employing someone with the expertise to balance design and functionality?So...What part of the sentence and the supporting photographic evidence, which shows the kettle needs a teaspoon stuck in its orifice to facilitate the boiling process, are you having a problem with? Is it some sort of built-in fetish maybe?I will state once more for the record.THESE ITEMS ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE – THE KETTLE CAN’T BOIL WATER AND THE TOASTER CAN’T TOAST BREAD. IT WON’T HELP IF YOU SEND ME ANOTHER PLASTIC LID COATED IN SILVER PAPER, IT DOESN’T BOIL WATER!THE TOASTER OVERHEATED TO THE POINT WHERE IT MELTED ITS OWN FAUX CHROME LEVER! THE TOASTER WAS USED ON A HANDFUL OF OCCASIONS.THEY DON’T WORK…THEY DON’T WORK…THEY DON’T WORK…UNDER THE SALE OF GOODS ACT, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM SELLING PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, GIVEN THAT THESE ITEMS ARE ELECTRICAL, THEY POSE A REAL RISK OF INJURY.I will gladly send you another photo of the tragic kettle and toaster, see below.I am currently in lockdown, with a lot of time on my hands. I am committed to pursuing Swan/Amazon for either of the following resolutions:1. A replacement kettle and toaster of similar colour from a more robust range.2.
