Yes, it's expensive but if you compare the ingredients to others in the same category...this is your best choice for glucosamine. Most require more than one capsule per day for the required dosage. This one only requires 1 capsule and there not too large to swallow which is also an added plus.

I have a torn right hip labrum…let me tell you, this stuff actually works for pain relief…to the point where I hav completely forgotten about my hip pain. I actually can’t believe it. It works so much to the point that I’m worried I’ll get used to it and it won’t work anymore-for the time being, I am enjoying the pain free life!!! Highly recommend.
