I was skeptical that this rower would be any good given it's low price of only $169. But, I'm surprised to report that it seems solid and well built. I've used it nearly every day for 3 weeks now and at a strenuous pace for 10-15 minutes at a time and so far, it's held up very well. I don't see any wear at all yet. It took about an hour to assemble. The foot pads are huge but then again, I'm only a men's 10 1/2 shoe. I could see where tiny feet might not reach up to the Velcro straps. The machine weighs less than my 50 lb bags of dog food, yet I rarely lift the front of it off the ground unless I'm really leaning way back and pulling as hard as I can. I started with the clamps on the bottom of the handlebars which was good for me since I was so far out of shape. I'm now up to the beginning of the hatch marks (about 1 1/2 inches) and it takes a lot of effort to pull the handlebars back. I may never get the clamps to the top of the bars. I haven't used the vital signs app yet. The machine has a very good rowing motion. It does squeak and make other noises but I can still easily hear what I'm watching on my TV that's about 12 get away. If you really go at it with good technique, your thighs and shoulders will be burning, you're heart rate will be way up, and you'll be huffing and puffing and sweating after just 5 minutes. I hope the pistons and also the rollers under the seat hold up for at least a year and I'll be satisfied. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I want to pull back a lot harder on the handlebars than I do now but when I do, the front of the machine comes off the floor and slams back down when I come forward which really makes a lot of noise and is very annoying. I wish I had a way to lock the front down and also add a bungee cord to the seat for more resistance. Then, this rowing machine would be nearly perfect!

I do like the motion and that is why I purchased it and find that with a smooth action on ones part there is no bouncing about. Having problems with iPhone hook up, had it working and then must have done something wrong!!!. However, my son in law will fix it shortly!!!. John.

This is a wonderful machine to have in any home. It was fairly easy to assemble and I love that it tracks your distance, time, and strokes! The hydraulics are nice and smooth so the noise is a minimum. I can really feel my muscles getting a nice workout. My only complaint is the phone holder doesn’t have a secure lock on the mount so it comes undone fairly easy.

Great value. Easy to store upright in a closet, easy assembly, good range of motion. Glad I purchased.

The initial lowest resistance is quite stiff and not very fluid. I had another cheap rower in the past that was quite a bit better. Additionally, you should know that this does not fold for storage. Not the worst machine I'm sure, but there's better out there in this price range.

The machine was not too difficult to assemble. I hoped for more blue tooth features. It didn’t capture much data. Then machine is squeaky, but it’s fun to use.

Invest in something better. No resistance for legs. Just an arm workout. Machine is sitting in my closet.

気に入ったところはコンパクトでスマホにてデータの管理が簡単にできる点はヤル気の継続につながる。気になる点は、組み立て時、外筒に内筒がスムーズに入らず叩いて押し込んだ。そうしないとオスのネジが穴に入らず、結果ペンキが剥げ落ちた。また、マニュアル（APP　GUID)が判りづらい。もっと詳しく判るマニュアルの参照場所を教えて欲しい。

最悪です。商品のサイズ設計が間違っていて組み立てられませんでした。対応も不親切です。安かったけれど、もっとちゃんとしたメーカーにしておけば良かったと思います。

適度に抵抗があり継続的に使用すれば、いい運動になりそうです。
