I refer to this book very often- frequently during school breaks. Insightful reading, that allows you to be reflective throughout the year. This book is a short read that’s about practice which can support any leading educational theory out there! Must have for aspiring leaders, or current building leaders.

I found the book simple and easy to understand. I reflect and apply a few pointers that are new to me on a daily basis. I would recommend this book to all principals and people in leadership positions.

Great book that I will refer as I reflect and grow into an effective school leader. Principal Kafele gives great practical advice for leaders. I really enjoyed the book, took notes, highlighted and read it in 1 day! Awesome resource, he also has very good videos on YouTube. I hope to see him speak and meet him one day.

Principal Kafele has done it again! If you are an inspiring principal, an Assistant Principal, or already in the position this book is for you! There are so many wonderful questions, ideas, and thoughts.
