The media could not be loaded.  I used to have this tea pot in the past. I like that it has a metal strainer and not too much plastic. Sadly the lid of the press was stuck . It seems to be a general problem and customer service said they will look into this problem.customer service was great and gave me a refund. I hope they will solve that problem as I really would love to have that little tea pot again...

This glass tea press is so very useful, easy to work with, and easy to clean. It's personal size is endearing. I highly recommend this press for consistently making a quality cup of tea.

I love tea and loose leaf is the best flavor. this teapot works great! I would definitely say it is a must for all tea drinkers.

Unfortunately I had a problem with the lid not fitting properly and had to contact Amazon. These are very nice teapots but fairly delicate. You need to handle with care. I've had the same one previously that got knocked and the glass broke quite easily.
