Lisle 50700 Brake Adjusting Tool

I use this tool while adjusting my emergency brake drum pads on my 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck, the tool is well made and very easy to use, and as I said it does work better at adjusting your brakes than a screwdriver does

Needed a better way to separate emergency brake cables to pull cabs off to replace engines and this made it much easier then getting the connector broke loose with hammer and punch

The product works just fine. I took two stars off because one handle is missing the grip cover. Had I noticed it before I opened the package I would have returned it. Now I have to wrap the handle in a bunch of electrical tape to soften up the hold.

Worked as a great parking brake tool.

Despite what some reviews said, this is a decently heavy piece of metal. Unfortunately, the diameter of the two openings is too small for my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander I bought it for. I have doubt though that it would have worked otherwise.

it does not work ! i bought this believing it to be the correct tool to release the spring-steel joiner between the cable from the brake shoe and the cable from the handbrake lever. This tool does not achieve that.
