Don’t expect heavy duty
Don’t expect these to be long lasting. They are thin and just use them not expecting them to clean ip well if bbq or broil. Cast iron better, but budget wise they get the job done!

Value - not heavy duty.
Have as gift. For low cost it isn't heavy duty at all but recipient enjoyed.

Super disappointed in these plates!
I was hoping to get something similar to the deep pewter/metal plates that big oyster places use, that you can fill with ice/salt and place shucked oysters into. These are shallower than a puddle and in the flimsiest cheapest stainless steel that I just know will scratch deeper than a hags wrinkle. The amount of sauce that could be placed in the "sauce" bay can only be measured in micrograms. Thats very little. Worst of all they are redolent of those foul compartment trays that are used in prisons. Ghastly, grotesque and gross!

Exactly as described, not very heavy duty but definitely better than the cheap thin metal ones. Cleans easily.
