Worth it!!!
This laptop is a beast without all the fan noise. Its sleek modern style is aesthetically appealing, it is a good looking model. It will hold up for a long time with proper care. It loads in 5 seconds, perfect for when I'm in a hurry. Linked all my accounts and set up easily.

lenova is a good laptop
The computer is great, i'm a little disappointed that the computer is not as fast as my other Lenova laptop but i guess i didnt read the specs right. however its fast enough.

Just what I wanted
I bought this computer to replace a 7+ year old hp laptop running windows 7. I'm very pleased with my choice. It was very easy to set up. I was surprised that I didn't have to contact customer support for any help. That's a first for me. The Lenovo Think Pad E590 is light weight and so much faster than my old computer.

Good machine, good value
I purchased 2 Lenovo docks to go with this laptop (for a customer) and one of the dock "hangs" intermittently. This has been reported by many users....so if you intend to use this with a dock I suggest you look for 1) a different dock, or 2)perhaps a different computer. The people reporting the issue seem unclear whether this is a dock or machine problem and Lenovo seems mute on the topic.

Underwhelmed
The screen was smaller than expected. I believe my unit has problems, either a memory leak or something else, because it can be truly sluggish at times. The image is bright on screen, and nice enough, but the onboard camera and audio leave MUCH to be desired, as well as any controls to work with an external camera (which I had to go to.)I would recommend you avoid this unit, and possibly this provider/manufacturer.

Broke after 8 months
It's a refurb, it broke after 8 months, and the screws are the incorrect size so I can't try to fix it myself. Great.

Works Extremely Well!
I bought a Lenovo almost 10 years ago, and it needed replacing. It had worked so well that I bought another one recently. It is very easy to operate and works similarly, but much faster, than my earlier one. Initially, it sometimes took several tries to get the power to come on after shutting down or putting it in Sleep mode, but that may have been my own power problems here at home.. It works fine now, and I heartily recommend it!!
